How to resubmit after Raleigh plan check corrections

  1. When a review requires resubmittal or more information you get an email; in the portal the record shows a red bubble on the Review and Attachments tabs.
  2. Read the corrections on the Reviews tab, in the Permit Corrections Report under Attachments (if there are several, use the most recent) and in the Markups on the plans.
  3. Files that need resubmitting carry a red bubble on the Attachments tab; any extra resubmittal instructions from the reviewer appear under the file's status.
  4. Don't start until you are ready: click Resubmit on the file, view the documents and markups, then acknowledge each correction; the portal won't take the resubmittal until every correction is acknowledged.
  5. Attach the corrected file for each, click Submit, then Close; the Review tab keeps its red bubble until the next review cycle begins.
  6. When the plan review is approved you get an email; once the approved plans show online you can pay any outstanding fees.
