How to resubmit after San Antonio plan check corrections

  1. Open the permit in the Digital Plan Room in Accela Citizen Access (BuildSA); the Issues report lists the open and answered issues.
  2. Answer every issue for a review discipline; if any issue needs a revised document, answer all of them before submitting the package.
  3. Upload the revised documents in the Uploads tab; reviewers don't see your responses or revised documents until all issues for that discipline are answered and an action is taken in the Uploads tab.
