How to respond to Miami plan check corrections

What the City of Miami calls its correction letter, how to resubmit, and what to include, from the city’s own pages. Each fact links to its source.

How to resubmit

  1. When every review group has finished, ProjectDox sends an Applicant Resubmit task by email; with no deficiencies the application goes on to approval.
  2. Open the Tasks tab, accept the Applicant Resubmit task, and click Review Comments.
  3. Answer each comment and checklist item in its response field (Info Only comments need no response) and address the changemarks on the marked-up sheets.
  4. Upload revised files with the same file name as the originals so ProjectDox versions them, then click Resubmit.
